BCC Appointment Booking Form

If you would like to request an appointment, please complete and submit this form. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) to arrange an appointment. 
We currently have clinics on alternate Thursdays and Saturdays. 

Both parents will need to attend on the appointment day with photographic ID. Please note only ONE parent is allowed in the procedure room whilst the circumcision is performed.
It is a World Health Organization recommendation that circumcision is only carried out if the child weighs more than 2.5kg.
We CANNOT perform circumcision without confirmation that vitamin K has been administered, either via injection or oral drops. Please see our FAQs section for more information on Vitamin K and circumcision.
This does not apply if your child was born at term or over 37 weeks gestation. We are not able to perform circumcision if the corrected gestational age is below 37 weeks.
