BCC Appointment Booking Form

If you would like to request an appointment, please complete and submit this form. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) to arrange an appointment. 
We currently have clinics on alternate Thursdays and Saturdays. 

Both parents will need to attend on the appointment day with photographic ID.
It is a World Health Organization recommendation that circumcision is only carried out if the child weighs more than 2.5kg.
We CANNOT perform circumcision without confirmation that the vitamin K injection has been administered. Please see our FAQs section for more information on Vitamin K and circumcision.
This does not apply if your child was born at term or over 37 weeks gestation. We are not able to perform circumcision if the corrected gestational age is below 37 weeks.
